Rackominiums / Dry Storage

Rackominiums are dry condominium slips for your vessel that are fully protected from outdoor elements by a modern indoor boat storage facility. These slips are private, deeded real estate that you own which grants you full membership with Pineland Marina and all amenities.

Rackominiums are individually owned dry-stack boat storage racks. They are the easiest way to handle motor cruisers or sport boats that are less than 33’ in length and weigh less than 15,000 pounds. The boat storage facility here at Pineland Marina will be completely enclosed to protect your boat from the many harmful weather conditions.

A special boat lift is used to safely haul and store or lift and launch your boat as often as you wish to use it. Whether it is once every couple of weeks to several times a day, our boat storage facility will provide you the same access to the water as a wet slip, but provide equal or better protection than if you had your very own boat lift. Boats stored in high and dry rackominiums benefit from much greater security, are safer from severe weather and lower maintenance costs, paint will keep longer, bottoms do not foul, drive shafts, props, and out drives require much less maintenance.

The concept is much the same as a condominium except that it is a home for your boat and based upon the land that the rack sits on and the structure itself (like a condo).

These slips and racks are located in a well-lighted and gated marina, each with a complete amenity package.

Launching your boat is a simple matter of calling our marina office between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. seven days a week with a minimum of six (6) hours notice of the time you wish to depart. Let us know what you require for your arrival, such as fuel, oil or any other ship store merchandise, and we will add those items to your account and have you in the water and ready to go once you arrive.

Upon your return, just let us know that you are ready to be put away. Make sure you leave the keys to your boat either in the boat or turn them in to us and we will take care of the rest.
